I recently made a video about how I made a weeks worth of meals for my family of 4 for $75.40. My typical grocery budget for my family of 4 is $100, but since one in my family is under a year old I thought that I would budget this week for $75 (what my budget for 3 people used to be). That comes to $25.13 per person for an entire week of meals + snacks.
You can likely do this for even cheaper because you probably have some of the items in your pantry already.

The meals I made from this grocery haul are:
Breakfast
(2)Eggs & Toast, eggs, toast, butter/jelly
(3)Pancakes or waffles w syrup – I made them from scratch
(2)Oatmeal – oats, banana, honey, chia seeds, PB
Lunch
- Grilled Cheese – Tomato soup – bread, cheese, tomato soup
- PBJ – with apples & carrots
- Peanut Butter, Honey & chia wrap w apples & carrots
- Quesadilla – peppers, cheese, onion, sour cream
- Left over stir fry (from a previous dinner)
- Spaghetti
- Egg salad Sandwich w/ apples & carrots
Snacks
- Wheat thins w cheese
- Yogurt
- Fruit – apple/banana
Dinner
- Whole chicken w/ potatoes & broccoli
- Loaded potato w/ left over chicken & broccoli, butter, cheese & sour cream
- Stir Fry – Rice, vegetables, egg, soy sauce (left over chix if any)
- Tacos – wrap, ground beef, cheese, tomato, rice, beans,
- Leftovers
- Ramen, broth, poached egg, avocado, onion (can add broccoli if there is any left)
- Chicken bowls – onion, beans, fried banana, sour cream, avocado, chicken, rice

1/2 gallon milk
