This is my all star, go to snack. They are soooo good, packed with deliciousness and suuuper easy to make. I usually have to double this recipe at my house otherwise they just go to fast! The kids love them too, but note that they do have honey so you won’t want to share with your babies under 1. Give them a try and let me know how you like them!!
Energy Ball Ingredients
Yields 15 Balls
1 C Oats
2/3 C Shredded Coconut
1/2 C Peanut Butter
1/2 C Chocolate Chips
1/3 C Honey
1 T Chia Seeds
1 t Vanilla
Energy Ball Directions
-Mix all ingredients togehter
-Roll into balls
-Refrigerate
